Order issues

I AM MISSING OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM FROM MY ORDER

If an item is missing or you received the wrong items from your order please contact us through email babiesbloomboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the items missing and we will rectify this straight away.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED

We are so sorry! Please contact us via email babiesbloomboutique@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can get it sorted ASAP. 

I DIDN'T RECEIVE ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Please make sure you have checked your spam or junk folders, if you still have no luck please email us at babiesbloomboutique@gmail.com so we can sort this out.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Please contact us right away with the correct address to ensure we can fix this before the order is sent! Unfortunately if the order has already been shipped there is nothing we can do.

Returns

HOW LONG AFTER I RECEIVE MY ORDER CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Please make sure if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items as we do not accept or process any refunds after 14 days. Please note you are responsible for the shipping cost of any returns.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Unfortunately no, we can not accept any returns on sale items.

IF APPROVED FOR A REFUND WHERE WILL IT PROCESS TO?

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional codes can not be used on sale items or in conjunction with another Sale.

Postage 

Once your parcel has left our warehouse it then becomes property of Australia Post. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. If your parcel does not reach you within our expected delivery time you can contact Australia Post and lodge an enquiry to find out your parcels whereabouts.
