Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days have passed since you've received your order unfortunately we can not approve a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, refund or exchange the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received your item in and also in the original packaging.
To complete a return or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org or DM @babiesbloomboutique on Instagram.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you email confirmation to notify you that we have received it and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit of the amount will be automatically sent to the original method of payment. Please keep in mind this may take several days, if you have not received your refund within 7 working days please contact us.
Please note only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
When you contact us to organise a refund we will inform you the address where to ship the item back to. Please note you are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider trackable shipping as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
